Returns & Refunds

If you believe there is a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The issue must be reported within a reasonable timeframe of delivery
• The product must be returned to us for inspection
• Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been assessed

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If the product is found to be faulty, a full refund will be provided.

Important Information

Due to the nature of dried fruit products:

• Items must be stored in a cool, dry, airtight environment
• We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from improper storage or extended periods after delivery
• We do not offer refunds or replacements without first receiving the product back for inspection

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Goodwill

We value our customers and aim to be fair in every situation. In some cases, we may offer a goodwill resolution at our discretion.
