Our Australian Dried Mango is one of the most loved products in our range — and for good reason. Made from 100% Australian mangoes, it’s naturally sweet, beautifully fragrant, and dried to preserve the true flavour and texture of ripe fruit.

Our preferred mango variety is Kensington Pride (Bowen mango), prized for its rich sweetness, vibrant colour, and smooth texture when dried. When available, this is always our first choice. However, due to seasonal conditions or growing shortages, we may also use other premium Australian mango varieties, carefully selected to ensure the same high-quality taste and eating experience.

All mangoes are allowed to ripen to their sweetest point before being cut and gently dried, locking in flavour while keeping the fruit completely natural. Nothing else is added — just Australia’s best mangoes, cut and dried.
